A Booking Form/Booking Confirmation will be posted after the initial conversation and payment in full should be returned along with the completed form at least 14 days prior to the Party Date. Contact us now to make your booking or for further information.
On receipt of full payment, a Confirmation Pack will be sent to you which includes Invitations (4 +2 spares with each Party Package plus 1 for each additional child booked), a "Hints, Tips & Ideas" leaflet which includes suggestions to help you time the activities.
We strongly recommend that the party invitations provided are used as these contain allergy information which may be important for some of your guests. It is the responsibility of the party host to ensure that this information has been passed to the parents of the guest.
Cancellations can be made up to five days prior to the Party Date. A full refund will be given unless the Confirmation Pack has already been sent in which case a £10 administration fee will be deducted to cover the cost of the item sent.
From experience, we have found that one adult helper is advised for every four children. Obviously, this is only a suggestion and depends completely on the adults capabilities.
